Leah & Jason’s Mildura Wedding

Megan & I have been extremely busy so close to Xmas, travelling to Mildura on Friday & photographing the wedding of Leah and Jason.
This was a wedding with a slight difference, as most of the guests thought they were attending the couples engagement party !!!
I cant imagine the issues that Leah would have faced, organising all this from W.A , but it was one of the most relaxed, natural, casual weddings that I have ever seen. All with just the right touch of class & glamour. It was a fantastic day & from what I saw at the reception before I headed off, it was gong to be one heck of a party into the night. Thank you so much Leah & Jason for including us in the day. Here is just a small sneak peak of your images to hold you over until the others are all ready.
Have a wonderful xmas break with your family.xxx

Yelena & Shaun’s Mildura Wedding

Megs & I recently travelled to Mildura to shoot the wedding of Yelena & Shaun. I  always love shooting weddings in and around Mildura.

There are many gorgeous locations to sit, enjoy delicious food & wine & capture great images of everyone just enjoying themselves.

Yelena & Shaun are the nicest couple & it felt more like a day having fun with friends than working our tails off – which we still did – no wine for us!!

I think it was their down to earth approach, relaxed manner & great choice of bridal party that topped the day off so nicely.

Thank you to everyone for being just so amazing to work with & trusting us to deliver.

Your whole day was gorgeous & I hope that it was everything that you wanted it to be.

Here is a small taste from your collection to keep you going over the holiday period.Enjoy!!

Anna & Jack

Hello & welcome to our blog update.
Megan & I recently photographed the wedding of Anna & Jack recently in Adelaide.
I had been looking forward to their wedding for months, as I knew it was going to be an interesting day. Jack & Anna both love street cars & are heavily involved with most of their friends in restoring & collecting these cars. They really wanted to make them a feature in the day & we certainly did that!!! After the ceremony at the Rosary Church in Prospect, we headed to the hills in a convoy . Megan drove my car & I must admit that my heart skipped a beat or 10 while she weaved in & out of traffic trying to keep up with them all. She kept telling me ” no prob, I drive go carts” – no comfort Megs!!
After a few very important car images & R&R in the Hills, we headed to Auchendorrach House in Mount Barker for the Reception & some more images. Wow – my first time at this venue & I loved it. Every corner was another gorgeous spot.
The whole bridal group were fantastic- a lot of fun & very willing to work with us to create gorgeous images.
Michelle at Auchendorrach House was just terrific to work with & I thank her very much for making our job easy.
Congratulations to Anna & Jack & I wish them the very best for their future together

Sally & Ryan’s 11-11-11 Wedding

Hello again & welcome to our blog update.
On the 11-11-11 we photographed the fun wedding of Sally Buzza to Ryan Sapinski.
We had such a great time with these guys & the bridal party went out of their way to make sure that it was a day jam packed full of fun!!!
We started off at the Berri Hotel, where I love the vibrant colours they have painted around the Motel. Its a great backdrop for wedding images. We travelled to Loxton to “The Pines” for the ceremony. This is such a beautiful property for ceremonies. The garden looks amazing at the moment. After a few relaxing drinks & images there, we made our way to the Bookie Cliffs & riverfront & ended up back at the Berri Hotel for the Reception. The staff did a wonderful job of setting up the venue. It looked just gorgeous.
Sally made a beautiful bride & I have never seen a bride so keen to get to the ceremony & marry her man!!! Sally & Ryan make a wonderful couple & its easy to see why they are together.
Thank you guys for all being so great to work with & I really hope you love your images. There are many more gorgeous ones in your collection, but we had to be ruthless for the blog.

Justine & BJ

Hello & Thank You for visiting our blog.
This season has been sooo busy !!! Megan & I have had such a great time travelling all around S.A & Victoria photographing beautiful weddings & getting to meet so many wonderful families. We recently had the opportunity to travel down to Pinnaroo in the S.A Mallee region to photograph the wedding of Justine Bridge to Brendan Atze. Both families had such a big input into this gorgeous country wedding, making almost everything in-house, or sourcing it from family & friends. Brentons mother even made all of the bridesmaids dresses & they were just gorgeous !!!
Salt n Peppa Catering from the Riverland also travelled down for the catering & I heard wonderful things about the food, so it’s great to see other Riverland businesses getting out and about so far from home.
We were made to feel so welcome by both these wonderful families & I hope they love these images from this very special day . Thank you so much Justine & Brendan for all your help on the day & we wish you every best for your future together.

Chelsea & Chris’ Wedding

The day that Chelsea & Chris were married started off a little cloudy and by the time that they were due for their outdoor ceremony at the Loxton Golf Club, the wind had blown up & there was a storm brewing. The ceremony went off beautifully & we managed to get a few gorgeous images in at the Pines in Loxton before the rain came. These guys were so wonderful & just rolled with it all to really enjoy their day, regardless of the rain. During a break in the rain, we got the most amazing images in the Canola crops with the sun setting & the storm in the background. You can’t ever order that kind of lighting, so it was fantastic to get those images & we were all thrilled !! These are some of my favourite images off all time. The colours are amazing . Well done Chris & Chelsea !!!

Philippa & Adam’s Wedding

I first met Philippa & Adam some time ago when they came to see me & chat about their wedding day.
Right from the start Adam had some great ideas about the photography for the day. It’s quite unusual for the groom to offer suggestions, but I loved it.!! I knew right back then that he was going to really enjoy that part of the day & it was obvious that he had a creative eye. Having the couple really involved in the photographic ideas for their day is really helpful to the photographer, as it gives us some insight into what appeals to them. Many couples will book us & trust us to deliver & that is also fine, but make sure to tell your photographer before your day if you have ideas of your own.
Philippa was such a beautiful bride & the whole family was so involved in the day. It was certainly the first time for me that the father of the bride was also the priest to marry them!!! How fantastic & special is that!!!
Adam’s family travelled all the way from Canada & I have no doubt that they made the most of their visit. Those guys knew how to have fun!!
The day started off in Barmera for the pre-wedding images & then we travelled to the most gorgeous Church in New Residence for the ceremony.
Their reception was held on the historic Murray River Queen paddle steamer in Waikerie. What a gorgeous venue for a wedding reception.
I hope you love you images guys!!!!
